Graphic.ly Now Available on Android

Graphic.ly, a social-leaning digital comic book reader, announced that their digital comic book reader is now available as an app for Android users. Users operating on Android 2.1 or higher will now be available to scan Graphic.ly’s library of 2,000+ comic books and graphic novels.

The Walking Dead Game Adaptation

Telltale, a leader in episodic adventure games, recently confirmed that they signed a deal with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment that would allow them to bring the hit series, The Walking Dead, to video game format. In addition to adapting the series for a PC game, Telltale said in a recent announcement that they will also make the game for multiple platforms including Macs, consoles, and mobile devices.

The Fantastic Four Reemerges as the FF

Comic Book Distributor Goes Digital

Earlier this month Diamond Comic Distributors, the largest distributors of comic books, graphic novels, and related merchandise announced that they would be going digital. Not completely, of course, but they will now offer digital options for traditional comic book stores in addition to their usual hard copies.

Thor & Captain America Halloween Costumes

Comic Book Storage Wars

Lately I have been obsessed with watching the History channel's “Storage Wars” tv series. If you haven’t seen it go check it out. Yesterday I came across this auction that ended at $10,100 on ebay. Looking at the description of the auction it states "COMIC COLLECTION WAS BOUGHT FROM A STORAGE AUCTION, THAT WAS PAID FOR MULIPLE YEARS IN ADVANCE, BUT HASN'T BEEN ACCESSED IN OVER 3 YEARS."
