Growler made their comics debut in the pages of Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Comic #1 from Dark Horse in 2018, brought to life by a creative team that included MST3K's own Joel Hodgson alongside Harold Buchholz, Todd Nauck, and Mike Manley. This Modern Age newcomer inhabits the gloriously absurd world of the beloved franchise, sharing panels with fan favorites like Crow T. Robot, Gypsy, Jonah Heston, and Kinga Forrester.
