Emerging from the mid-1990s Scandinavian comics scene, Säljare Säljström made their debut in the very first issue of MegaPyton in 1996, brought to life by creator Bjørn O. under the banner of Atlantic Förlags AB. A product of the Copper/Modern Age, this character inhabits a lively corner of Nordic alternative comics, sharing pages with a colorful cast that includes Pål, Pervo-Kris, Lillstark, Storstark, and Redaktörn. With a run concentrated in 1996–97, Säljare Säljström is a compact but genuine piece of Swedish comics history — exactly the kind of cult discovery that makes digging through independent titles so rewarding.
