Pascal Ferry
Pasqual Ferrándiz Arroyo, born 24 March 1961 in Spain, is a Spanish comic book artist and penciller who works under the pen name Pasqual Ferry (also credited as Paschalis, Pascual, or Pascal Ferry). He is best known for his clean, dynamic linework and expressive figure work, often collaborating with writer Joe Casey. Ferry’s most prominent work includes the 2004–2005 miniseries *Adam Strange: Planet Heist*, which he penciled, and his contributions to *Tom Strong* and *Wildcats Version 3.0*. He also illustrated *Plasmer* and multiple issues of *Adam Strange* for DC Comics. His style, influenced by European comics and American superhero traditions, is marked by fluid anatomy and detailed backgrounds. Ferry’s career in American comics began in the mid-1990s, with his credited work on ten issues from 1994 to 2005. He co-created the character Plasmer with writer Mark Millar. Later in his career, Ferry continued to work in the industry, though his output slowed. He has not received major industry awards like the Eisner or Harvey, but his work on *Adam Strange: Planet Heist* is regarded as a standout space-opera story. Ferry remains a respected figure among fans of early-2000s DC Comics.
