Rufus Dayglo
b. 2000
Rufus Dayglo is a British comics artist, colorist, and inker known for his energetic, punk-infused linework and bold storytelling. He was born in 2000. Dayglo entered the comics industry in the late 2000s, quickly making his mark on both sides of the Atlantic. He is best recognized for his work on *Tank Girl*, contributing to volumes such as *Visions of Booga* and *Skidmarks*, with the character also published by Ankama Editions in France in 2011. His other notable credits include *Last Gang in Town*, *Snaked*, and *Judge Dredd: The Complete Case Files* for 2000 AD, as well as *The Unwritten* for DC Vertigo. Dayglo’s style—characterized by loose, kinetic lines, vivid colors, and a raw, underground-comix sensibility—has made him a sought-after collaborator for writers seeking a visceral, off-kilter visual energy. He has worked with publishers including Titan Books, IDW Publishing, and Image Comics. Active from 2007 to 2024, Dayglo remains a distinctive voice in British and American comics, celebrated for his ability to inject chaos and humor into every panel.
