Scott O. Brown, born in 1975, is an American comics creator whose career spans writing, lettering, editing, and publishing. He is best known as the founder of Cyberosia Publishing, where he championed work by creators such as Antony Johnston, Steven Grant, and Jamie Delano, overseeing titles including the supernatural pulp thriller *Frightening Curves* and the acclaimed short-story collection *Aporiatica*. Brown wrote the graphic novel *Nightfall*, a story about a right-wing survivalist sent to a vampire-run Texas prison, inspired by Joss Whedon’s *Buffy* and *Angel*. In 2007, James Wan optioned *Nightfall* for a film adaptation, but the project never materialized. As a letterer, Brown contributed to the Zuda series *High Moon*, *Box 13* for ComiXology, and numerous Platinum Studios comics like *Cowboys & Aliens* and *Red Mantis*. He also wrote and lettered his self-published titles *They Do Not Die* and *Red Ice* with artist Horacio Lalia. Active from 2005 to 2026, his most credited works include *Super Team International '88*, *Done to Death*, and *Darkstar and the Winter Guard*. Brown’s influence as a publisher and letterer has left a mark on independent and mainstream comics alike.
