Steve Stiles

Steve Stiles was an American cartoonist and writer who emerged from the science fiction fanzine community. Born Stephen Willis Stiles on July 16, 1943, he passed away on January 11, 2020. His professional comics career spanned from 1974 to 2000, during which he was credited as an artist, inker, letterer, and writer across 42 issues. He is best known for his work on titles such as *Adventurers Book II*, *Cadillacs & Dinosaurs*, *The Titans*, *Adventurers Book III*, *The Defenseless Dead*, and *Planet of the Apes*.
