Will Meugniot

Will Meugniot is an American writer, storyboard artist, comics artist, film producer, and director, best known for his work in animation across the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, as well as his contributions to independent comics. Born in the United States, his career in comics began in the mid-1970s, and he remained active through 2021, with credits on 42 issues. Meugniot is most closely associated with the series *The DNAgents*, *FemForce*, *Exotic Fantasy*, *Flare*, *Tarzan*, and *The N.E.D.O.R. Agents*, where he served as artist, colorist, inker, letterer, and writer. His style, often seen in adventure and superhero titles, blended dynamic storytelling with a clean, expressive line. In animation, he contributed to numerous television shows, working as a storyboard artist and director. Meugniot’s collaborations with other creators helped shape the look of several independent comics during the 1980s boom. He co-created characters and series that found a dedicated readership, particularly within the fantasy and superhero genres.
