This document is not a pulp magazine but a U.S. Air Force Project 10073 record card (ATIC Form 329) from December 1951, detailing UFO sighting reports. The first entry concerns a balloon found near McDonough, Georgia on December 17, 1951, identified by Dobbins Air Force Base as approximately 30 feet in diameter with nylon shroud lines and suspension cord, likely used by the Army Transport Command for training purposes. A second extract reports a sighting near Hastings, Minnesota on December 12, 1951, by a U.S. Air Force pilot observing an object resembling a kite at 9,000 feet altitude, traveling at 380-400 mph with no audible sound, observed for 3-4 minutes. Both incidents were investigated through official military channels for classification and analysis.
