This document consists of U.S. Air Force records from Project Blue Book, the military's official UFO investigation program. The contents include official report cards and correspondence from April 1952 documenting civilian sightings of unidentified objects. A civilian witness employed by the Interstate Commerce Commission reported observing a formation of gray, oval-shaped objects in a "V" configuration traveling northward over his location on either March 22 or 29, 1952, in the middle of the day. The witness noted the formation appeared to flutter, with individual objects dropping slightly behind then regrouping, at an estimated altitude of approximately two miles and traveling faster than a jet aircraft. The sighting lasted roughly one minute. Army Air Force officers cross-referenced these observations with earlier photographs taken near Lubbock, Texas in August 1951. The records document internal military communications routing the report through intelligence channels for further investigation and potential interrogation of the witness.
