This document is not a pulp magazine but a Project 10073 (Blue Book) UFO investigation report from August 28, 1952. It details an unidentified flying object sighting over Parkland, Maryland, observed by a Metropolitan Police Department member of the Washington, D.C. area at 1645 hours. The witness, deemed reliable, reported a round metallic object approximately half the size of a fighter aircraft flying at roughly 5,000 feet altitude. The object moved slowly in a straight line parallel to the ground, appeared to revolve slightly, and glowed from sun reflection without producing its own light or power. Three family members also witnessed it. The object drifted northward and disappeared from view at 1715 hours. No aircraft or electronic equipment observations were made. Weather conditions were clear.
