· July 1954

This document is a Project 10073 UFO report form dated July 26, 1953, documenting a sighting near Fullerton, Nebraska. Three children—ages thirteen, seven, and five—observed three distinct objects on July 22, 1954, at dusk: a simple tube shape, a cup shape with cable spanning the top, and a tube shape with humps. All objects were black with white borders, estimated at one hundred feet long. The tube-shaped object rotated counter-clockwise at ten to fifteen revolutions while traveling southwest to northeast across a fifty to sixty-degree arc in four minutes. The cup-shaped object traveled south to southeast without rotating. One observer heard sound resembling a large plane; another saw a four-engine aircraft but heard nothing. No exhaust was observed. The reporting officer notes the children demonstrated good eyesight and consistency under questioning, though he expresses uncertainty about the objects' nature.
