This is not a pulp magazine but a declassified U.S. Air Force Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) report documenting UFO sightings across Europe during August-September 1954. The document compiles witness accounts from multiple countries: Austria (disc-like object larger than Venus); Finland (circular object with reddish smoke trail); France (luminous circular object); Somme Department (grey hovering craft with exhaust pipe, observed by a man and assistant); Aisne Department (red-orange disc); Italy (round white object); Rome (cigar-shaped object with luminous trail); and Netherlands (two flat-oval "flying saucers" moving at incredible speeds). ATIC evaluations ranged from "possible meteorite" or "probable high-altitude aircraft" to "unknown—insufficient data." The report attributes the increased sightings to European press coverage and the translated publication of D. Keyhoe's UFO book.
