This document is a U.S. Air Force UFO report form (UFOB Index Card) from the 4602nd Air Intelligence Service Squadron at Ent Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, dated July 20, 1955. It documents a sighting in Baltimore, Maryland involving a single spherical, silver object approximately four feet in diameter that reduced to three feet. The object was blown by wind toward the observer's location, landing roughly 100 feet away, then blown against a fence where it evaporated or dissolved without leaving physical trace. The observation lasted four minutes and was classified as ground-visual. The investigating officer concluded the sighting was generated by a soap bubble, noting similarity to a previous Baltimore sighting from February 28, 1955. The report was forwarded to the Air Technical Intelligence Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base with accompanying source reliability documentation.
