This document is a Project 10073 record card—a UFO sighting report form—dated July 23, 1956, documenting an observation near England, Arkansas. The sighting occurred in 1951 and lasted one hour and thirty minutes. A single object changed shape from flat to diamond configuration and appeared larger than a star, with what witnesses described as a ring around it at times and red dots on the object's bottom. When departing, it left a trail of white smoke. The object appeared stationary rather than moving away, traveling at an estimated speed exceeding 250 miles per hour. Investigators noted the sighting duration was too long for typical aircraft or balloon explanations, and concluded the probable cause was the star Spica, which was high in the sky at the reported time and azimuth. The OCR quality degrades significantly in the lower portion, making further details unreadable.
