This document is a U.S. Air Force Project 10073 record card documenting a UFO sighting reported by an officer at an unspecified military location in Japan. The officer was prefighting an aircraft when he observed a moving object at 60 degrees elevation. The object appeared silver with two white lights, reflecting light from beneath it. During the first sighting, the object traveled south to north, made a 350-degree turn right, then another rightward turn before observers were blinded by ground vehicle lights and lost visual contact. In a second sighting ten minutes later, the object traveled northerly in a straight path for approximately 33 seconds before disappearing while the observer fetched additional witnesses. The report notes negative traffic checks and unknown object identity. Intelligence Officer James B. Ramsey, Jr., HQ 3rd Bombardment Wing, confirms no balloons had been released and the object remains unidentified.
