This document is not content from a pulp magazine. It comprises U.S. military records from May 1961, specifically UFO sighting reports filed under Project 10073 (the AFOSI's Unidentified Flying Object reporting system). The records include a standardized observation form documenting a sighting of a single white pinhead-sized light observed at high altitude without trail or exhaust, visible for two minutes at 40 degrees elevation, with straight flight path. The observation was classified "insufficient data for evaluation." Accompanying are military transmission logs and distribution directives routing the report through numerous military and intelligence agencies including CIA, NSA, and various Air Force, Navy, and command centers. The OCR text quality degrades significantly in places, particularly in header and footer sections, making some routing codes illegible.
