It comprises U.S. military records from May 1961, specifically UFO sighting reports filed under Project 10073 (the AFOSI's Unidentified Flying Object reporting system). The records include a standardized observation form documenting a sighting of a single white pinhead-sized light observed at high altitude without trail or exhaust, visible for two minutes at 40 degrees elevation, with straight flight path. The observation was classified "insufficient data for evaluation."
