This issue of Amazing Stories (Volume 2, No. 10) contains five science fiction stories. "The Comet Doom" by Edmond Hamilton depicts scientists imprisoned by metallic beings from a comet—creatures with cylindrical bodies of black metal, spider-like limbs, and tentacle arms. W. J. Campbell contributes "The Man on the Bench," while A. Hyatt Verrill provides "The Psychological Solution." "Rice's Ray" is by Harry Martin. The issue features the second installment of Jules Verne's classic serial "Robur the Conqueror, or The Clipper of the Air," concerning an airship inventor. H. G. Wells's "The Stolen Body" also appears. Upcoming features include Verne's "The Master of the World" and Hugo Gernsback's "Baron Munchhausen's Scientific Adventures."
