# Argosy-Allstory Weekly, September 26, 1925
This issue features four serialized stories spanning multiple installments. "Don't Look for the Woman" by Charlton L. Edholm begins its first part. Kenneth Perkins's "The Scarlet Tide" appears in part two of a three-part serial. Joseph Ivers Lawrence's "Tom, Dick and Harry" runs its second installment in a four-part story. Fred MacIsaac's "The Gleaming Blade" appears in part three of a three-part tale.
The issue also contains novelettes and short stories by various hands: "The Devil of the Lake" by John Rowlands, "A Good Throwin' Arm" by James W. Eggert, "What It Meant" by Walter A. Sinclar, "Lady Nicotine Assists" by Gordon Stiles, "The Wily Tumtum" by Herman Howard Matteson, and "Outside the Schedule" by George C. Jenks. Three poems are included: Sonia Ruthlle Novak's "Superficial," Strickland Gillilan's "The Scandal," and Ida M. Thomas's "Why Do They Do It?" The upcoming issue will feature George F. Worts's western serial "Where Some Men Are Men."
