This issue contains four serial stories. Through Rabat's Eyes by Charles Beadle begins a three-part adventure (Part I, Chapters I–V). J. Allan Dunn's Isle of Drums, appearing in five installments, starts its first part (Chapters V–VII). Carolyn Wells continues Tracing the Shadow, a four-part serial now at Part III (Chapters X–XIV). C. C. Waddell and Leslie Bradshaw conclude Playing the System with its final installment, Part V (Chapters XXVI–XXXII).

The issue includes one complete novelette, Driftwood by Jack Bechdolt, and seven short stories: The Saint of Bon Desir, Perry, The Spark Divine by John D. Swain, Called Intuition by George L. Catton, and others. The editor contributes The Log Book. The cover story is "Luck" by John Frederick.
