The issue includes short stories: "Conspiracy" by John Christopher, "Present from Mars" by Martin Jordan, "Playing with Time" by W. H. Soore, and "Parting" by Peter E. Higby. Nonfiction features include "Milestones in Science," Frank Wilson's "How to Make a Bug-Eyed Monster," and a reader poll on magazine improvements. The 16-page pictorial supplement includes science and space artwork.
