El salario de los espías

This issue of El salario de los espías ("The Spy's Salary") by Lou Carrigan contains two spy fiction stories. The first, "Brigitte en acción" ("Brigitte in Action"), introduces protagonist Baby (Brigitte Montfort), a CIA operative recounting her first significant mission from a Caribbean beach. The second narrative segment, untitled but set in Jamaica, depicts American CIA agent Sam Hagerty being captured by criminals led by Wilson Rutheford, who interrogates him about a mysterious "emerald route" and a blonde CIA colleague. The text combines spy action with physical combat sequences, featuring female agents alongside male operatives in espionage scenarios involving criminal organizations and intelligence operations.
