# Archivo Secreto: Brigitte en Acción
This Spanish-language espionage serial, authored by Lou Carrigan, follows CIA agent "Baby" (secretly journalist Brigitte Montfort, a Pulitzer Prize winner), through her investigation of a mysterious communication. CIA chief Cavanagh observes Baby accessing four agent files and deduces her interest in Brian Kendall, a twenty-five-year veteran operative marked as a traitor. Kendall summons Baby to Niágara Falls Lodge via letter, instructing secrecy. Baby travels from CIA headquarters in Langley to New York, then flies to Buffalo, eventually meeting the elderly-appearing Kendall at cabin 29. Once alone, Kendall reveals his true identity and confesses to espionage: he has been selling CIA secrets for personal enrichment for two years. He asks if Baby has heard of "Project Orbis" and begins explaining his motivations and contacts. The narrative emphasizes the tension between Kendall's apparent respectability and his confession of treason.
