At an American barbershop, Maloney encounters a striking red-haired Chinese woman posing as a manicurist—revealed as Chiao Yun, Yuan Kang's daughter, who has inherited her father's power. She warns of coming tortures while reading his palm, hinting at revenge for past conflicts with her family's criminal empire.
