This September 1956 issue of New Worlds (Volume 17, No. 51) collects several science fiction narratives. The featured novelette "Time Will Tell" by Lan Wright follows industrial psychologist Hal Romberg, summoned by Iberia City's Director Calder to investigate a mysterious three-hundred-percent rise in accidents over the past decade—incidents that defy rational explanation and threaten the city's survival.
