Fight your own battles, but I would warn you to be careful how you cross Bentham’s path. He learned more than gunnery on the continent.” Powers’ mad look followed the blockade runner until he passed out of his sight, when, almost bursting with rage, he wheeled to leave the mole, when he came face to face with Captain Nugent. After some parleying, the blockade runner agreed to take Captain Powers on the Seabird in pursuit of the Destroyer.
