INTRODUCTION In ‘which are quoted certain extracts from the will of Joseph Lamberton, deceased. N addition to these aforementioned bequests I do hereby give and bequeath to my nephew, Hugh Lamberton, the sum of $20,000 (twenty thousand dollars), now standing to my creditvat the Drovers’ Bank, in the town of Bald Butte. Furthermore, I do give and. bequeath to my beloved niece, Janice Lamberton, the ranch lying on the south fork of Box Elder Creek, generally known as the Boxed J L, together with all build- ings, equipment, horses, cattle, and everything in any way connected with said ranch, including the right to register in her own name the brand belonging thereunto, viz: Inasmuch as Janice Lamberton is not yet of legal age, I hereby direct that management of this property be vested in her cousin Hugh, who shall act as trustee during her minority, receiving each year in return for his services fifty per cent (50%) of all net profit accruing from the business. When Janice Lamberton reaches the age of twenty-one, the ranch shall pass into her full possession without encumbrance, and thereafter all responsibility of management shall devolve upon her, or such person or persons as she may choose. 1A 481 Gomichbooks.co
