Choate, and Leo Tolstoy; and articles on women's roles including "Women on Horseback" and "In a Girls' Gymnasium." The serial "A Private Chivalry" by Francis Lynde continues across multiple chapters. Numerous short stories appear throughout, including "The Unmaking of an Actor" by Anna McClure Sholl and "David All Over" by Juliet W. Tompkins. Poetry contributors include Frank D.
