Emma agrees to allow the Muse soul to be separated from her body and given to Grayson in exchange for the lives of her friends. Grayson wants Morgan to kill Emma, but she let's Emma go free. Emma returns to her normal life, but can't stop thinking about the Muse. She ultimately enlists the aide of Medusa by getting Clio to provide her the Sword of Perseus.
