Bud Abbott and Lou Costello arrive in tropical Costa Guava for a health cure and stumble into a bargain—a general store they can afford because the previous owner, Pedro, is desperate to escape the iron grip of the ruthless bandit El Pancho, who controls nearly every business in town. When El Pancho learns a "General" has set up shop on his turf, he moves to eliminate the competition, but Abbott and Costello's unexpected survival and quick thinking turn the tables in a way that surprises everyone.

Bud Abbott and Lou Costello visit an Indian reservation hoping for a peaceful tour, but their plans go sideways when they stumble upon what appears to be a gruesome crime scene—complete with a "murdered" man and his "scalp." What starts as a prank by young members of the tribe quickly spirals into chaos as the chief takes a dim view of the tourists' involvement, leading to a wild chase with unexpected (and hilarious) consequences.

Lou Costello shows up at Dr. Herman's office unable to straighten his back, and what follows is a series of comedic mix-ups as Bud Abbott and Lou fumble through a medical examination. With Bud Abbott egging him on, Lou attempts to help an old lady, carry packages for a stranger, and rescue what he thinks is a baby—each attempt landing him in deeper trouble. Will Lou manage to complete even one good deed before his week in uniform comes to an end?
