Greg's beloved bumbler Achille Talon takes center stage on this 1976 Dargaud album, stumbling wide-eyed toward a very large, very menacing bear trap in the foreground while his hat goes flying overhead. Behind him, a small companion and a shaggy dog look on nervously, a figure scrambles over a fence in the background, and the whole chaotic tableau perfectly sets the tone for "Le mystère de l'homme à deux têtes." Greg's expressive linework makes every element — from Achille's yellow vest and cane to the chain-linked trap — pop with cheerful comic dread.
