Adventures into Weird Worlds #25
In "The Men from Mars," a chilling tale from 1954's Adventures into Weird Worlds #25, a man named Henry begins to see everyone around him as alien impostors. As he seeks answers from the reclusive Dr. Page, he uncovers a terrifying truth: Martians have infiltrated Earth by taking on human forms, and the mirror is the only way to see the truth. The story unfolds with eerie precision, drawn with bold, expressive lines by Bill Everett, whose art captures the creeping dread of paranoia. The cover, a striking piece by Joe Maneely, perfectly encapsulates the issue’s unsettling tone.
