In the second story, "Chilly, Isn't It?", Aggie and her friends go on a scavenger hunt where they encounter skeletons and other spooky elements. Bobo later creates a device intended to intrigue Aggie so she will attend a dance with him, and he reveals himself to be a superior intellect, describing his schemes to ultimately win her affection.

Now Aggie and Bobo must race against the clock to cover the circus and prove she deserves the position, all while chasing down the best human interest story the big top has to offer.
When Bobo accidentally accepts a mysterious locked basket on the bus, he discovers it contains Annabelle, a snake belonging to Fifi the carnival snake charmer—but before he can return her, his cousin Daphne arrives to stay in his room, trapping him in an escalating comedy of errors. As Bobo scrambles to hide his scaly houseguest and keep everyone calm, the truth about Annabelle finally surfaces, leaving him to face the consequences of a very strange afternoon. Even his date with Aggie that night may not go quite as planned when she decides to test his famous fearlessness with a prank of her own.
When Bobo and Aggie Mack set out on a scavenger hunt with Bobo's newly purchased motorcycle, they're confident they'll be the fastest team—until they draw the graveyard assignment. Bracing themselves against a rainstorm and convinced their friends have rigged a skeleton to scare them, Bobo plays it cool to impress Aggie, but a real surprise awaits when they find the chest. As things spiral from bad to worse in the downpour, both teens are about to learn that the real frights of the night have nothing to do with the prank they expected.
Chillie returns with a newfound talent for flying—and romantic ambitions to match—when he decides to woo Aggie with some flashy skywriting at the local soda shoppe. Bobo, not about to lose his girl to an aerial stunt, heads to the airport ready for a confrontation, but discovers the truth might be more complicated than it first appears. What unfolds is a scheme-within-a-scheme that tests whether Bobo can outsmart his rival and win back Aggie's heart.
