Claire Bretécher's beloved teenage slice-of-life series continues with this third volume, published by Rowohlt in 1996. The cover captures two thoroughly bored-looking young people slouched side by side — a lanky figure in a polka-dot scarf with hands clasped behind his head, and the crop-topped Agrippina herself, arms folded and expression utterly unimpressed. Bretécher's deceptively loose, expressive line work says everything about adolescent ennui without a single word.
