Victor comes to town looking for someone. The police stop to talk to him due to reports of a stranger walking around. Victor tells them he is looking for someone. While Victor is talking with the police they get a report of an attack on a fishing boat, one local man is dead, another is missing. At the beach a dead body has washed up with a shark bite taken out of his torso, and Victor reveals that is the person he was looking for.
