The origin of the Heap is repeated in great detail and then the scene shifts to occupied China, where Japanese forces have captured the Heap and his wife (when he was still the Baron). Whe they threaten Lisa, the Heap breaks loose, kills the enemy commander and carries his wife safely away. Sky Wolf and his men are attacking the Japanese forces, when the Heap is spotted, carrying the Baroness, and he attempts to free her from the Heap's arms. In the process, the Baroness is shot and killed by the Japanese, and the Heap is shot as well and left for dead.
