Alias #2
In "Alias Part 2," Jessica grapples with a dangerous secret as she confronts the consequences of uncovering Captain America’s identity, only to arrive at Miranda’s apartment to find her brutally murdered. With the scene swarming with onlookers and police, Jessica is soon cornered by Detective Paul Hall, who arrests her after catching her in a lie—despite knowing she’s no ordinary citizen. Written by Brian Michael Bendis and illustrated with sharp precision by Michael Gaydos, with colors by Matt Hollingsworth and letters by Richard Starkings and Comicraft’s Wes Abbott, this issue deepens the mystery with a tense, grounded thriller that lingers in the shadows of identity and trust. The cover by David Mack captures the moment’s chilling weight.
