After being blown off course by a storm, onto a land of small sized warriors , the black pirate and son Justin and a seven foot tall local named Igor are imprisoned for breaking the local rules. All tall individuals are required to stoop under the small arches to show submission. Later after escaping imprisonment, Igor unjustly dominates over the local residents in retribution. The black pirate and Justin work out a plan to teach Igor a lesson that only an uncivilized person would dominate others that are smaller in size.
