All Eight Eyes #2

Dark Horse's All Eight Eyes continues its arachnid nightmare with issue #2, and Piotr Kowalski's cover makes an immediate, visceral impression — multiple grotesquely withered, mummified human forms are tangled and suspended within an enormous spiderweb, their gaunt faces frozen in silent horror against a vivid teal background. The pink-on-teal color work by Brad Simpson gives the whole image an unsettling, almost neon-drenched dread that's hard to look away from. If this 2023 series from Steve Foxe is building toward something truly skin-crawling, this cover promises the second issue is delivering on that threat in full.
