With tensions high and the fate of multiple worlds hanging in the balance, a portion of the Squadron prepares to follow Uncle Sam to Earth-X, while another group sets out for Santa Barbara to confront the Japanese forces on their own Earth-2. Written by Roy Thomas and illustrated by Rick Hoberg, with inks by Bill Collins and colors by Gene D'Angelo, the issue features a striking cover by Jerry Ordway.

When finished, some of the All-Star Squadron return with Uncle Sam to Earth-X and some head to Santa Barbara to battle the Japanese on their own Earth-2.
