An anthology of strange suspense tales featuring "The Worlds of Kirby," in which a small, unimportant man named Kirby experiences vivid dreams that transport him to other worlds. "Strong Boy" tells of a young boy named Toby who possesses superhuman strength, impressing show producer Mike Becker, who wants to exploit the boy's abilities for television. A third story features a character named Alfred who becomes a sensation as a sharpshooter, encountering a mysterious stranger and later discovering he has been mysteriously transported to another dimension, where he is greeted by beings who claim he is their son and suggest he visit yet another dimension.
