A delightfully clever French-language comedy from Fluide Glacial, *Anatole(s)* opens with a cover that sets the tone perfectly: a crowd of chatty, bickering spermatozoa race toward a waiting egg, each convinced it knows who among them is truly "Jean-Michel" — or perhaps "Joanne." Creator James brings a wonderfully absurdist warmth to the existential humor of beginnings, and the speech-bubble banter among the swimmers is already laugh-out-loud funny before you've even cracked the spine.
