Angry Birds Comics #2

The whole flock is on high alert in this 2015 IDW collection from Rovio Books, as the cover shows Red, the yellow Chuck, the round black Bomb Bird, a large pink bird, and the tiny Blue Birds all converging on a nest where a pair of grinning green pigs have snuck in among the eggs. The tension and comedy are perfectly balanced — those smug pigs look delighted with themselves while the birds look anything but pleased. Paco Rodriguez's linework, brought to life with Nicole Pasquetto's bright, cheerful colors, makes this a visually lively entry in the series for fans of all ages.
