"Billy and Buggy Bear" follows two bear brothers who receive free circus tickets and have various misadventures involving a wise guy and a baseball bat. "Ziggy Pig and Silly Seal" features the titular characters encountering ghosts while searching for treasure, with Silly Seal becoming frightened by supernatural occurrences and ultimately deciding not to pursue the treasure hunt further. The issue was sold with complimentary 3-D magic viewers to enhance the viewing experience.
