It follows Koichi Sakakibara, a transfer student who discovers his new class is haunted by a mysterious curse connected to a deceased student named Misaki. The volume sets up the eerie atmosphere and mounting dread as Koichi and his classmates try to unravel the truth behind the supernatural events plaguing them.
