Aquablue #15
The fifteenth volume of the long-running Aquablue series arrives with one of its most striking covers yet, by Reno — a split ocean view revealing a suited diver ascending through crystal-blue depths while a vast herd of enormous sea creatures surrounds them, half-submerged dome-backed forms breaking the surface beside what appears to be a capsizing vessel on the horizon. The sheer scale of the scene, with those shadowy creatures stretching in every direction above and below the waterline, gives "Gan Eden" an atmosphere of both wonder and genuine tension. Hautière and Reno have clearly lost none of their appetite for sweeping aquatic adventure fifteen volumes in.
