“A Porpoise in Life”

In "A Porpoise in Life," Aquaman races against time to rescue Porm, a captured dolphin, after Admiral Strom reveals his location—just as Lobo closes in. With the dolphin hunters using Doctor Shinobi as a shield, the tide turns when the dolphins themselves take Shinobi’s body with them, leaving the fate of both the captive and the would-be rescuer uncertain. Written by Peter David and illustrated by Martin Egeland, with inks by Howard M. Shum, colors by Tom McCraw, and letters by Dan Nakrosis and Kevin Cunningham, this 1994 issue features a cover by Martin Egeland and John Dell III.
