Archie and Me #87
In "The Old School Spirit," Archie and Mr. Weatherbee find themselves in a splashy mishap at the beach, leading to an impromptu jet-ski ride that quickly goes off course. With the jet-ski stranded near a quiet shore, Archie’s quest for help takes a detour as usual—leaving Mr. Weatherbee to endure the sun’s full glare. Written by George Gladir and illustrated by Chic Stone, with inks by Rudy Lapick and lettering by Bill Yoshida, this 1976 classic features Stan Goldberg’s vibrant cover art capturing the summer chaos.
