“The Big Story”

In "The Big Story," Little Archie finds himself in the middle of a real-life thriller after accidentally filming two wanted criminals planning a robbery—just as he’s given a movie camera to document his day. With the crooks determined to keep their identities hidden, they try everything from stealing the camera to offering him money, and even resort to force to get it back. Written and illustrated by Bob Bolling, this 1974 Archie Comics Digest tale blends classic humor with a surprising edge, all captured in a cover by Bob Bolling.
