Astérix #6

Here is a jolly French reprint edition of *Le Bouclier Arverne*, the sixth Astérix album, brought out by France Loisirs in 1992. The cover places the inimitable duo front and center — the barrel-chested Obélix cheerfully manhandling the helmeted Astérix while the little white dog Idéfix trots nearby, all set against the stone walls and rolling green hills of Gergovie, with a mass of Roman legionaries looming nervously in the background.
